Returns & Exchanges

Our Returns and Exchanges Policy is designed to ensure customer satisfaction while protecting our business. To minimize the risk of returns, we recommend reviewing our Sizing Chart before placing your order. 

Returns:

We accept returns up to 21 days after the item is received, provided that it is unused, in the same condition as received, unworn and has its tag. Shipping costs are not refundable. We do not accept returns on custom-printed items, sale items, or gift cards. Please contact us before returning your item, and note that we do not cover return shipping fees unless there was an error on our end. Refunds are only offered as store credit.

Exchanges:

Due to the nature of our production process, we cannot offer outright exchanges. However, we can provide store credit minus a 15% restocking fee if the item is new and unused.

Cancelations:

If you wish to cancel your order, you must inform us within 8 hours of placing it. While we will do our best to accommodate your request, we cannot guarantee that we can cancel the order once it is in production.

Damaged Items:

If your item arrives damaged, please provide us with a photo for proof and let us know within 7 days.

Satisfaction Guarantee:

At our company, we take pride in the quality of our products, which is why many of our customers return to us for more. If you are not completely satisfied with your item for any reason, please contact us, and we will work with you to resolve the issue to the best of our ability, within reason.
